The Victoire Dress is brimming with classic countryside charm. With a smocked waist, full skirt, and delicate puff sleeves, this silhouette is inspired by the classic Victorian garden dress. A decorative tie at the center echoes the look of the functional tie at the adjustable drawstring waist, with three rows of elastic to create shape. The elastic neckline can be worn demurely high, or pulled off the shoulders to bring a contemporary verve to this sweet style.
